Two Month Check Up

Last week we went to your two month checkup and you weighed in at 12 pounds 10 ounces and 24 inches long!  My how you have grown!  The doctor was so amazed at how much you had grown and how you were smiling and cooing at everyone.  He said you are devloping beautifully and we are so grateful to have such a health baby girl. 

You did have to get your first shots and your Daddy and I were devastated.  You handled it really well and were even smiling and giggling about 30 minutes afterwards, but I was still a little shaken up.  It was hard to hold you while the nurse poked you so many times and you screamed, but we were glad you will have no memory of it. 

Your Ya Ya came to visit us this past weekend.  Daddy was working for the weekend so Ya Ya came to help out and get some good Eleanor loving.  You loved laughing and talking to her and very much enjoyed her rubbing your head (you get that from your Daddy).  We walked, went to eat and took Ya Ya to our Sunday school class to show her off.  It was a great visit- we love our Ya Ya. 

We also took your picture in your 2 month onsie that Aunt B made.  How cute!

You are so beautiful!  We love you little butter bean!!
